Uniform Fit Kit

is HERE!  Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat?!?

I might not be able to make it to the ride at the pool today (Saturday), but I'm going to try to get the suits a ride so we can gradually try them on instead of all at the meeting.  This might be the case with a few other workouts, as well.  They will definitely be at the meeting this week and THIS WEEK ONLY, so make an effort to be there.  If these options don't work for you, contact me to schedule another time. 

In other news, our t-shirts are being printed, too.  Woo!

Speaking of today's ride, my calf muscle is still in recovery so I won't be riding today either but I have a workout for ya'll.  Bring running shoes!

30 min ride easy
1.5 mile run, out and back, so you can cheer for each other
30 min ride hard in aero position, with 4*5 min really hard!!!, 2 min recovery, then with the smallest break possible:
1.5 mile run again, at race pace
30 min easy spin on bike
STRETCHING!!!
Duathlon here we come.
