So I've been following Lance Armstrong and a few other cyclists both on Facebook and Twitter. I must say it is pretty neat to get to follow what they are up to.
It was uncertain at first if Lance would be able to participate in the Tour de Gila in New Mexico. Finally he was cleared and has been enjoying his progress back into cycling. Lance posted this picture today from the Tour:
